Mitres of the Patriarch of Lisbon

A Corpus Christi procession in Lisbon. Five clergymen in croccia are carrying mitres on special stands, which was another privilege of the patriarch of Lisbon (some of them we mentioned earlier). Behind them is a conopaeum (an umbrella) and a tintinnabulum (a bell on a shaft) which were in possession of all churches which were granted the title of basilica.
