Patriarch of Lisbon
Patriarchs of Lisbon enjoyed privileges which made their liturgy similar to the papal one, e.g. they were allowed to use a fanon and flabella, visible in the picture. Pope was said to allow the prelates also to wear a tiara; however, for the sake of filial humility towards the Holy Father, they contented themselves with a mitre with three rows of jewels which resembled the triregnum.
