Corpus Christi in Milan
Cardinal Schuster during the Corpus Christi procession in Milan, where red was the color of the feast. A square on the alb is a parure, formerly sewn on the vestments in the amount of five (one on the front and one on the back at the bottom of the alb, one on each of its sleeves and one on the amice), which was to symbolize the five wounds of Christ.
