Bishop Paul-Albert Faveau from the Congregation of the Mission (Lazarites), titular bishop of Tamassos, the first Apostolic Vicar of Western Chekiang founded by Pope Pius X in 1910 and renamed 14 years later as the Apostolic Vicariate of Hangzhou, wearing jijin, a liturgical headgear used in China.
