Card. Ilundáin

The Metropolitan of Seville, Archbishop Eustaquio Ilundáin y Esteban, in a cappa magna during the Corpus Christi procession in 1923. One of the servants is carrying a a kind of umbrella over the future cardinal’s head, which was supposed to protect the prelate from the sun. In the lower right corner, there is an altar server in a surplice used in liturgies in the Mozarabic Rite.
