Dutch bishops during a procession of the Holy Blood in Bruges. In 1310, Pope Clement V issued a bull, in which he granted the indulgence of five years and 200 days to all devoutly participating in the procession or visiting the basilica in which the relic is kept within 14 days since the procession.
